    At Workdeco AB SE559096-7302 (workdeco.com) you will find Scandinavian products of high class and quality. Our objective is to provide our customers with the best service possible.   • Scope of Terms

    These terms apply to all sales on our website. Some terms may apply differently depending on whether you are purchasing as a consumer or as a business.

  • Orders and Agreement

    Your order becomes binding when you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases such as pricing errors, unavailable items, or suspected fraud.

  • Products and Materials

    Our products are either in stock or made to order. Some feature natural materials such as wood and textile. As such, natural variations in texture, colour, or finish are to be expected and are part of the product’s character.

    Images and product descriptions on our website are carefully prepared, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed. Minor differences in shade, grain, or dimensions may occur.

    Before ordering, please ensure that your space can accommodate the product, including delivery through doors, stairwells, elevators, or other passageways. If the product cannot be delivered due to such restrictions, you will be responsible for any resulting costs such as return shipping, storage, or failed delivery charges.

  • Prices and Payment

    Prices are displayed in SEK or EUR depending on your location.

    Prices include VAT for customers in the European Union.

    We do not sell outside the European union on our website. For inquiries outside the European union, please contact us on support@workdeco.com.

    Payments are processed via Shopify Pay, which automatically offers secure, local payment methods tailored to your country and currency—including card payments, bank transfers, or digital wallets.

    Payment is processed securely at checkout and generally charged before shipment.

  • Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

    We ship within the European union. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

    Delivery times vary by product and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or local conditions.

    For customers within the European Union, all orders are shipped with VAT included.

    For all other destinations, we ship under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. In such cases, customers are responsible for paying applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

    Please note that we may not be able to deliver all products to all countries due to product characteristics, shipping limitations, or legal restrictions. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to such reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

    If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, we encourage you to contact our customer service before placing an order.

  • Failed Deliveries and Storage Fees

    If delivery fails because of incorrect address details, inaccessible delivery locations, absence at the time of delivery, or inability to receive large items, we reserve the right to charge for additional costs such as re-delivery, storage, or return shipping.

    If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. You will be responsible for the additional delivery costs.

  • Transfer of Ownership and Risk

    Ownership of the products transfers to you once delivery is completed. At this point, you become responsible for the goods, including any loss or damage.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and accessible. If someone else receives the order on your behalf, the ownership and risk still transfer upon delivery.

  • Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

    All consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 days of receiving the order, regardless of location.

    To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period. Products must be returned unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

    If you choose to return a product, you may arrange the return yourself. However, the risk and cost of the return are entirely your responsibility until the product reaches us.

    We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method. To avoid delays or unnecessary costs, you must clearly mark the package with the word “RETURN” along with your original order number and tracking number.

    Please contact our customer service before returning any product to confirm the correct return procedure and receive further instructions.

    This right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized items.

    Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal or cancellation.

  • Returns and Refunds

    Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect returned products. Refunds include the price of the product and any standard delivery costs you originally paid but exclude return shipping fees.

    If returned products are damaged, used, or incomplete, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.

  • Complaints and Damaged Delivery

    If you have a complaint regarding your order or our services, please contact us promptly.

    You can submit your complaint by email or phone using the contact details below. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

    If your delivery arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product, we recommend reporting it immediately to the delivery carrier and photographing the damage before opening the package. Please also notify our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, attaching photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assess the situation and provide further instructions.

    We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Warranty and Defects

    For consumers, our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

    Business customers receive a 6-month warranty covering material defects only.

    In the event of a defect, we will aim to repair or replace the product. If this is not feasible, we may offer a refund.

    Some products may have extended warranties beyond these terms. In such cases, the extended warranty period will be clearly stated on the respective product page.

  • Liability and Limitations

    Our liability is limited to the value of your order, unless otherwise required by law. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of income or business, or delays caused by external events beyond our control.

    If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable by a court or relevant authority, all other provisions will remain valid and enforceable. Each section and clause of these terms operates independently. If necessary, we will revise or replace any invalid section to remain compliant with applicable law, without affecting the overall validity of the terms.

    While we strive to keep all product descriptions, prices, and availability up to date and accurate, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel orders where necessary.

  • Changes to Terms and Products

    We reserve the right to update these terms and product specifications as needed to comply with laws or technical improvements. The terms that apply are those in force at the time of your order.

  • Intellectual Property and Artist Rights

    Some products feature artworks created by collaborating artists. All rights to these artworks remain with the artists or with Workdeco under specific agreements. You may not copy, reproduce, or use these artworks beyond their decorative purpose as part of the product.

  • Governing Law and Disputes

    These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be handled by Swedish courts.

  • Prohibited Use

    You may not use our website or services for illegal purposes, including fraud, harassment, or actions that disrupt our operations. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

    We are committed to protecting your personal data. All customer information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Additional Terms for Business Customers

    If you are purchasing as a business customer:

    - You have no right of withdrawal or cancellation.
    - These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Workdeco.
    - You may not claim additional rights or warranties beyond those explicitly stated here.
    - Our liability to you is strictly limited to the value of your order.
