  • General Information

    These shipping terms apply to all orders placed on workdeco.com and outline our policies regarding delivery times, destinations, shipping costs, and responsibilities.

    By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  • Shipping Destinations

    We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).

    For deliveries outside the EU — including the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, US and other destinations — please contact us at support@workdeco.com for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

    Important: For shipments outside the EU, the customer is fully responsible for all costs related to import duties, VAT, customs clearance, and any local courier or administrative fees.

  • Delivery Times

    Processing Time:
    Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

    Transit Time:
    Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and local courier conditions.

    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as local customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays.

  • Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of the order.

    Prices shown at checkout include applicable VAT and shipping charges, unless stated otherwise.

    For orders delivered outside the EU, all additional charges — such as import duties, VAT, courier surcharges, or customs handling fees — must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • Tracking and Delivery

    Trackable Shipments (e.g., furniture and larger parcels):

    - You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

    - You are responsible for tracking the shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive it.

    - If delivery fails due to incorrect information or inability to access the location, redelivery or return fees may apply.

    Non-Trackable Shipments (e.g., smaller items such as WOW):

    - Some smaller parcels may be shipped without tracking, depending on the size, weight, and destination.

    - You will still receive a dispatch confirmation email, even if tracking is not available.

    - While we take care to pack and label all shipments correctly, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines for non-trackable shipments and are not responsible for delays or losses once handed over to the carrier.

  • Delivery Locations (Apartments, Flats, and Gated Properties)

    - Couriers may deliver to safe areas such as a lobby, reception, or designated delivery point.

    - If access is restricted or no one is available, the courier may leave a delivery notice or contact you directly.

    - We will pass on any delivery instructions you provide, but cannot guarantee that all instructions will be followed by third-party couriers.

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments

    - If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@workdeco.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

    - For damaged goods, include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

    - We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion depending on the outcome.

    Note: We may not be able to investigate or refund non-trackable shipments if no delivery confirmation is available.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    Returns are subject to our Return Policy.

    - Items must be returned in original condition, unassembled, and securely packaged.

    - Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • Force Majeure

    We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    - Natural disasters

    - Strikes or labor disputes

    - Pandemics or epidemics

    - Courier disruptions

    - Customs delays or clearance issues

    - War or government restrictions
